Born from a desire to revive the beloved street food traditions of the Arab world, the brand centres on two iconic offerings: mutabak (a layered, stuffed flatbread) and karak (a richly spiced tea). The identity fuses bold custom bilingual typography — Arabic and Latin intertwined — with a palette of deep green, warm gold, cream, and earthy orange, evoking both heritage and modernity. Operating across Scarborough and Mississauga, Mutabak Karak delivers an authentic experience wrapped in a clean, expressive visual system designed to feel familiar and fresh at once.
